This scrappy little end table had definetely seen its better day. With hardly any original finish left on it, it was begging for the new look paint, glaze and distressing can provide.
The end table was refinished in Thundercloud Blue. With Black Glaze accenting the wood grain and detail, it took on a new life. Distressing drew out the pop of the white primer and original wood tones.

Hexagon end tables are my favorite to refinish, and I loved the potential I saw with this piece.
With all its molding and lines, and with the original large vintage pulls, paint, glaze and distressing gave it a whole new look!
Distressing revealed the white primer and original wood tones, both of which added extra pop to the new look.
